The SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is looking for a Performance Improvement Director to join the leadership team in scenic Sitka, Alaska. Responsibilities: The Performance Improvement Director is responsible for management of all aspects of the program including customer service, accreditation, infection prevention and control, employee health screening, and patient safety. This position reports to the COO and works closely with other Division Directors in managing and directing the health programs of SEARHC.Requirements: Bachelorâ€™s Degree in health or business field.Â Masterâ€™s Degree in health related field or in business is preferred.Eight years of health care administration or performance improvement management experience with minimum of five years experience supervising health care professionals with Bachelorâ€™s Degree OR five years of health care administration or performance improvement management experience with minimum of three years experience supervising health care professionals with Masterâ€™s Degree.
