QUALIFICATIONS:1.Â Â Â Â Â Pursuing a degree in construction management or engineering is desirable.2.Â Â Â Â Â Previous experience with construction or engineering is desirable.3.Â Â Â Â Â An interest in construction of building projects in cold weather climates.4.Â Â Â Â Â An interest in material purchases and composition of purchase orders is desirable.5.Â Â Â Â Â An interest in weekly labor production tracking and cost tracking is desirable.6.Â Â Â Â Â An understanding of quantity take-offs.7.Â Â Â Â Â An interest in or experience with the review of submittals is desirable.8.Â Â Â Â Â A commitment to safety is required.9.Â Â Â Â Â An ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. 10.Â Â Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Proficiency using AutoCAD desirable.11.Â Â Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P3 scheduling programs is desirable.12.Â Â Ideal candidate would be team oriented, have good communication skills (both written and oral) and have a passion for construction.
