| Part-Time Junior Software Engineer – 12000509
KEY JOB DUTIES: Develops algorithms and their associated programming in support of the Precipitation Processing System for Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Code, modify, test and debug programs and jobs of simple to medium complexity. Writes and interprets source programs. Develops test plans from development assignments.
Minimum 2-year degree with coursework towards Bachelor’s degree or equivalent courses preferred. Three to four years experience in programming and/or mathematics. Proven programming experience with MATLAB. Ability to manage multiple open assignments simultaneously. Ability to write/interpret well-structured source programs. Ability to develop test plans from development assignments. EOE |
