SUMMARY/GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides day to day support to office management and performs complex administrative duties requiring independent analysis and judgment in the completion of work assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS:
Â· Â Â Â Â Provides general administrative assistance.
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Expedites flow of work within respective facility, and initiates follow-up action required to complete necessary work; composes moderate to complex correspondence and reports as directed, prepares presentation materials and documents.
Â· Â Â Â Â Anticipates and prepares materials needed by the supervisor for correspondence, appointments, meeting, telephone calls, etc.,
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Edits/proofreads documents.
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Files and maintains a well-organized file system, in accordance with company policy.
Â· Â Â Â Â Schedules meetings, takes notes and records action items.
Â· Â Â Â Â Arranges travel, if required.
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Orders/purchases required office supplies as necessary for daily functioning.
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepares, Reconciles and reviews expense reports for accuracy of coding, receipts and
documentation prior to submission.
Â· Â Â Â Â Performs other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.

Â· Â Â Â Â High school diploma or equivalent.
Â· Â Â Â Â At least (2) years administrative office experience.
Â· Â Â Â Â Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Â· Â Â Â Â Valid state Driverâ€™s License.
Â· Â Â Â Â Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Â· Â Â Â Â Associateâ€™s degree (or higher).
Â· Â Â Â Â Government contracting experience
Â· Â Â Â 8a contractor experience
